These Terms of Service govern your use of canvasra.com and any purchase you make from Canvasra ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

Our artworks are hand-painted to order. Colours, texture and finish can vary slightly between the screen image and the finished painting, and between individual paintings. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are not a warranty of exact appearance.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Local-currency amounts shown on the site are display estimates only; the amount charged is the USD order total. We accept Shopify Payments (major credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Any duties and taxes for normal delivery are included as described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders

We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil, including where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. Standard orders can be cancelled before shipment, including during photo review. Cancelling custom colours or non-standard sizes before shipment incurs a US$100 materials fee, subject to applicable consumer law. Once dispatched, orders cannot be directly cancelled; the return policy applies. To request an order change or cancellation, email info@canvasra.com. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates, shipping costs and regions are set out in our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Before shipment, we send finished-painting photos and offer revisions until you are satisfied. We ship after approval, or if all 3 emails remain unanswered after the 3-day review period starting with the first photo email. Replies and requested revisions are handled under the review process in our Shipping Policy. Photo review and revisions may extend the estimated delivery time.

Intellectual property

All artwork images, text, logos and other content on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Purchase of a painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or others' data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence.
